Credit Card Payment options (PayPal account not necessary to process credit card payment)
$200 regular registration fee due by 15 December 2009. Regstration is $250 after that date. Refunds are possible until 1 March 2010. Refunds after 1 March are subject to a $50 administration fee. No refunds after 1 April 2010 unless you have someone taking your place. Click on the "buy now" button underneath the payment option you are choosing. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal, but PayPal allows me to process credit card payments for those who wish to use that option.
$50 deposit (plus $3 surcharge to cover credit card processing)
Balance of registration fee--$150-before 15 December 2009 (plus $3 surcharge to cover credit card processing)
Complete registration fee--$200-before 15 December 2009 (plus $5 surcharge to cover credit card processing)
Registration after 15 Dec 2009 is $250 (plus $5 surcharge to cover credit card processing)
