Fee structure:
Deposit at time of reservation: $100
Total due by 15 December 2007 for
early registrants $200
Total due after 15 December 2007 for later registrants $250
Payment (except for deposit) can be
made installments. To get "early registrant" discount, the total amount
of $200 must be paid by 15 December. Later registrants must have fee
paid in full by 15 March 2008. After 15 March 2008, registration is
subject to availability.
