These pension payment cards are NOT online, but were microfilmed by the National Archives and are available through the National Archives as: “Veterans Administration Pension Payment Cards, 1907-1933.” M850. 2,539 rolls. They are an excellent finding aid which I have used many times.

The Allen County Public Library in Ft. Wayne, Indiana has these films. They are also available via interlibrary loan from your local Family History Library--see the card catalog entry.
