This certificate for my great-grandmother was a disappointment. I was hoping for some information on Ida's mother. This certificate provides absolutely no information on Ida's mother who was last seen by Ida when Ida was around 8. This very easily could explain why remaining family members knew nothing about her.

Note also that Ida died in a different county from her residence. She died in a hospital where she had been a resident for a month.
