This is a toughie. My guess is that the first name is an abbreviated Benjamin...or maybe just Bentz. Last name Pringe or Pringle.
This one is really hard--there's no doubt of that. It is actually supposed to be Bertis[sic] Ringo. He was a justice of the peace in Fleming County, Kentucky--hopefully he did not write too many court papers.
